2 BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS

Afro Samurai _ Resurrection

OK it’s been a while since I posted, I mean other than the occasional picture, etc. so I figured I’d take some time and write something.  My NEW WEBSITE is now officially up and running.  Just click here: www.eddyjfree.com or type it in your browser.  There you can listen to all three albums I’ve created so far this year: “Mad City 2010”, the “Mad City: Warzone” EP and the “Mad City: Rise of The Machine” EP.  You can of course purchase and download them as well which would be a good thing to do for the following reasons:

1.)All the proceeds are going to Keep A Child Alive which provides medical assistance to children in Africa and India living with HIV/AIDS.

2.)The EP’s are only $4.99 and “Mad City 2010” is only $7.99.

3.)A lot of hard work by a lot of different artists went into this music and we hope we’re giving you a high quality product that you feel is worth spending a few dollars on.

Now, onto the 2nd bit of exciting news….(drumroll)

MAD CITY: RESURRECTION will be released on December 1 and this one will be the best album in the series, I guarantee you.  It’s going to feature a brand new song by B. Slade (formerly known as gospel superstar, award-winning recording artist Tonex).  I’ve always been a huge fan of this man’s artistry and talent so this is a great privilege.  It will also feature appearances by R&B/soul vocal trio Soulkiss (out on NY), and a host of other extremely talented rappers and singers.

You’ll only be able to purchase the album from my new website: www.eddyjfree.com, although there will be a few tracks you can preview on other sites.

I definitely have my work cut out for me in the next month but I’ll do my best to keep everyone updated on the progress of “Resurrection” and hopefully even have a few sneak-peeks of some new tracks that I’ll post on here.  I’ll be announcing the first single shortly and make that available for release sometime in November.
